What are your shipping costs?
Shipping
and processing costs vary by the weight of your order and by the turnaround
time you select during checkout.
Which shipping methods do you use?
For deliveries within the United States, we generally deliver via the US
Postal Service. For orders that exceed a weight of two pounds, we generally
deliver via UPS or DHL.
Do you offer rush delivery service?
Yes. We offer three business day rush shipping on orders shipped to US addresses
placed before 8:00pm US eastern time. We're sorry, but rush shipping cannot
be selected if shipping to a PO box. Processing times are estimated for continental
US. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Three business day rush shipping is not available for return address labels.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 120 different
countries and are adding new destinations regularly. Please visit our Shipping
Locations page for a complete list of countries that we currently
ship to.
Do you ship to APOs and MPOs?
Yes, we do ship to military
addresses.
Can I arrange for my own shipping provider/courier to
deliver my order?
At this time we are not able to accommodate such an arrangement.
